By entering our store, the User declares to know, know and accept these Terms of Use.

Initiation and Termination

Cetamar may also terminate this contract at any time, being valid the notification of such termination to the physical address or email that the User has registered in the store. Likewise, Cetamar may cancel without prior notice the condition of User, and consequently deny access to the Services of the store or to buy in this way, if the User does not comply with any term or provision of these Conditions of Use. This clause shall apply whether or not the User is a registered navigator.

Cetamar may at any time, temporarily or permanently cancel this store.

Use of the Services

The User declares that the information provided at the time of registration will be accurate, correct and current, committing to inform immediately regarding any change, being in turn entirely responsible to Cetamar for the damages that the breach of said obligation may entail including but not limited to costs of physical location of the User, costs of summonses and summonses, etc.

Scope

These Terms of Use are applicable to any purchase of products in Cetamar. The placing of an order implies the express acceptance of the User to these Conditions of Use. Order Acceptance

Please note that it may happen that after an order has been approved by the User, for various reasons Cetamar is not in a position to accept it totally or partially and must therefore cancel or exclude some items ordered by the User. Some situations may result in some items of your order being excluded from it, either due to limitations on the quantities available for purchase; missing goods; inaccuracies or errors in the product or information; or problems identified by the Credit and Price Fraud Prevention Department. We may require information or perform additional verifications before accepting any order. If all or part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed to accept your order, we will contact you. In all cases where a modification or partial cancellation of your order must be made, the User will always have the right to cancel the entire order.

Method of delivery and payment

Once an order has been confirmed and the amount of your invoice approved, unless there are exceptional inconveniences for the acceptance of the order by Cetamar, which will be duly communicated. The signature of the consignment and / or the proof of payment will imply a declaration of conformity with the goods delivered, without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to it in the event that it is defective for any reason.

* It is essential to check the packaging at the time of delivery, indicating on the delivery note of the carrier before any deficiency detected: "hit merchandise" or "broken merchandise" or even rejecting the merchandise, so that it can be replaced urgently.

 In the event that no external damage is appreciated, they have 24 hours to open the packages and check that the merchandise is in perfect condition. If any breakage is detected, they will have to notify it without delay within that period of time, providing us with photographs of both the packaging (to show that externally the breakage "hidden damage" was not appreciated), and of the breakage of the product.

Incidents in sending live animal 

We send the live animal in the best possible conditions. Thermal box, isothermal blanket, heat or cold patch depending on the temperature. Animals are sent with medical oxygen and activated carbon. If after everything necessary the animal does not arrive alive, a photo or video of the animal is mandatory, either by mail or WhatsApp. The customer is obliged to communicate the incident within a maximum period of 24 hours from its delivery. Requests will not be attended after this time.

We replace the animal in the next order of live animal in a maximum period of three months or we will make the payment of the same without including shipping costs.

Guarantees

To exercise the right of guarantee of the products, the client must send the product / s to the facilities of Cetamar or to the technical service of the corresponding brand. In any case, the products will be reviewed by the technical team, they will check if the failures are due to misuse or a manufacturing defect. In this case, the technical service will carry out the repair or replacement of the damaged equipment by sending them to the customer without return transport cost. In case a misuse is detected, the customer must pay the round trip and return amount, the customer will also be sent a budget with the cost of the repair.

Information / Prices 

Cetamar strives to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. In the event that an item appears in the store at an incorrect price due to an error, Cetamar will have the right to correct the order by invoicing the price in force at the time of purchase of the order in the store. In this case, notice of the error will be given to the User, and with it the possibility of canceling or modifying the purchase of the product invoiced or offered incorrectly.

The prices shown on the page correspond exclusively to orders from Spain (excluding Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands), for orders from other places a special rate will be applied. Consult by phone or email.

Advertising

Cetamar reserves the right to include in the store advertisements, which will be identified in order to be distinguished from the information about description and price of the items offered. These advertising inclusions are only aimed at drawing the attention of Users to certain offers and do not replace the descriptions of the products made in the store corresponding to the article, which the User must use to evaluate and make their online purchase. If any provision thereof shall be held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be amended only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The inaction of Cetamar with respect to a breach of this agreement by the User or by others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit the rights of Cetamar with respect to such breach or subsequent breaches. Any conflict related to this contract or to the use that the User makes of this store will be resolved by the competent ordinary courts in the city of Utrera according to current legislation and applicable to the existing consumer relationship between the parties.
